Bio
Tom Reisher L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Tom received his Master’s Degree of Acupuncture from the Won Institute Of Graduate Studies located in Glenside, Pa. in 2017. His primary discipline is in pain management for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Tom completed his massage certification at Rizzieri’s School for the Healing Arts in 2011 with a focused concentration on Orthopedic Massage.
Tom is also versed in a variety of different modalities Qi Gong, Shiatsu, & Myofascial Release. His mission is to help assist people in transforming and healing their pain into peace and joy through acupuncture, touch, movement, music and meditation.
Tom is also a University of Delaware graduate with a degree in Philosophy and a background in Buddhism and Daoism. Another important feature that he brings into his acupuncture and massage work is the practice of Tai Chi and Chi gong.
He believes that the energy that is present in every human has the amazing potential to heal all physical and mental pain when mental attitudes, posture, and awareness are balanced. When empathy and compassion are applied to skillful human touch there is no limits to the possibilities of how acupuncture and massage therapy can help benefit an individual.
